How old am I?

I’m getting on a bit now. 43 years old. I was born on the 3rd of November 1981, so I’m a Scorpio.

Did I go to university?

Yes, I did. I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2003 with 2:2 honours in Multi-Media Journalism. Interestingly, I was initially doing Radio Production (I can still edit audio like a pro), before switching to web design and journalism.

Have I always worked in digital marketing?

Mostly, yes. I used to run an influential indie music blog called Electric Banana - which was great fun to do and still has 38,000 fans on Facebook. I did temp work when I first graduated from uni, then secured an SEO Executive role…and have been in this sector ever since!

What are my passions outside work?

I love music (mostly indie rock), classic films, and comedy box-sets. A cup of tea is always nice - I drink milky decaf Yorkshire Tea. Podcasts are also a big part of my life, as I’m always listening to something podcasty when on the move. Oh, and I’m currently battling a mild cashew nut addiction.
